HOW DO I GET HELP FROM SCCS?

You can contact us either by filling out the form below and clicking on the “send” button or calling us at (631) 246-5656. We will ask about your concerns, your older relative’s current living situation, their health problems, and finances. If we do not provide the service you require, we will refer you to other agencies or services.

We will explain about the services we provide, what we can accomplish for your elderly relative and the cost of our services. Inquiries are always welcome. We will mail or fax information to you.

We will set up an appointment at a time and place convenient to you at your home, office, or facility where the client resides.
